The final inspection is to inspect the product quality at the final stage when all the productions are finished, it is usually referred to final random inspections, there are other inspections like material inspection (fabric for example), inline inspections for each manufacturing process to make sure not defective parts or components will go into the next process. This final quality QC inspection will check as follows:

• Quantity & assortment verifying
• Labels, markings, logos & barcodes quality check
• Aesthetic, visual defects, workmanship, surface and function inspection
• Packaging, safety and drop tests onsite
• On-site safety, regulation & function testing
• Measurements & sizes check
• Product specs, and special requirements check
