The On-site Quality Pre-shipment Inspections to check products, tools, devices & equipment for Badminton, Table Tennis, Pingpong, Ball Bats, Nets, Volleyball, Football Rope Skipping Jumping, Skating Skiing: Rackets, Bats, Nets, Boards, guards:

  1. Quantity Inspection/Check
  2. Packing Inspections: assortment, carton sealing, tapings, shipping marks, gift boxes and wrappings etc.
  3. Labels, SKUs, Barcodes, Logos
  4. Measurements, Sizes, Weights
  5. Colours, Assemblies
  6. Function & Safety On-site Testing
  7. Visual Defects: Critical Defects, Major Defects, Minor Defects
  8. Special requirements & attentions etc.

Most of the pre-shipment inspections will be Final Random Inspections, we also have:

4. Full function checking  - At least 1% = 4 sets PASSED
5. Check if all components and accessories are inserted  On 50pcs sample  PASSED
6. Check Weldings quality All samples N/A
7. Checking parts esthetics (risks  etc)  4 pcs N/A
8. Take one piece and test for 30 minutes doing exercises in every situation of the assembly.   1 sets  PASSED

10.  3M tape testing for silk printing on logo  2pcs FAILED
11. DVD disc checking   2pcs FAILED
12. Smell Check FAILED
