Boiler quality inspection:

For the quality inspections for boilers in third party QC checks, the inspection will normally follow below procedures:

Checklist for Quality Inspections for electrical appliances:

  • Perform a carton drop test on the export cartons: 10 times (1 corner 3 edges 6 faces)
  • Smell check-check if there are any strong offensive odor-II
  • Perform a rub test for printing and marking ; Adhesive test for coating if applicable-For rub test: The durability of the marking is checked by trying to remove it by rubbing lightly for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with water and, after drying, for a further 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit; if the spirit not available, use the 95% alcohol - After the test, the marking shall be legible, marking labels shall not be easily removable and they shall show no curling.
  • Check if the base of the item wobbles by placing it on a flat, glass surface--II
  • perform quantity and assortment check in each package--S3
  • Perform a strength check.-Test all connections using normal force.-II
  • Perform a humidity test on solid wood and MDF parts with wood humidity tester (brand name: Testo), Please fill the detail finding table for wood humidity test. The sample should be taken:
    - On S3;
    - In at least 10 different cartons
    - Provide at least 1 picture for each measurement point position (to show where the test was done = 3 pictures totally)
    -Check the humidity for wood: check 3 points(a, b and c) per unit- For wooden items, the humidity tolerance for April to October: 12% Max -II
  • Perform a fatigue test on all adjustable parts.--S2
  • Check all the accessories with the item.--S2
  • Perform an assembly check.--II
  • Perform a Hi-pot testing -II
  • Perform a voltage range test -II
  • Perform the standard power test-II
  • Function test : ----II
  • Run the test work for 4 hour ----S2
  • Leakage current test----II
  • Perform an internal check.-Take all related pictures to show special requirements. ----S1 (5 Pcs)
  • Perform a life test. Continue to run this test during the whole inspection period. ----S1 (5 Pcs)
  • Perform UPC Barcode scan check
