Umbrella quality assurance:

Our quality inspection services for umbrella will be performed as below:

Please find below for reference a onsite check list for umbrella inspections:

INSPECTION CHECK LIST COMMENTS RESULT
Perform a color shading check -II
Take all of the inspected pieces place them side by side. take photos to show any difference in the color shade between identical pieces. attach the photos and identify which dye lot each piece was dyed in - if you find item from different dye lots, rate the difference in shade using the grey scale.		 PASSED
Test the strength of the handle loop.-S1 N/A
Perform the function test.-II
1. Manual open: each section/panel must be well attached to ribs.
2. A tip should be attached to the end of each rib.
3. Check all other functions claimed on packaging or in the instruction manual.		 PASSED
Perform fatigue test for all adjustable parts- S1
Open and close it 20 times.		 FAILED
Perform an abuse test- S1
For the rib, handle and metal shaft (the handle should be well attached)		 N/A
Perform an abnormality test- on 3pcs
Check the strength of hte armature, perform the umbrella reverse?		 N/A
Test the strength of the seams on the item and also count and record the number of stiches per inch/cm on the item.-S2 PASSED
Perform a rainproof test -S1
If the item is supposed to be rainproof - windproof test if applicable (for reference only, this test can only be tested in LAB.)		 PASSED
