The checkpoints for on-site tests:

• Perform a carton drop test on the export cartons:10 times(1 corner 3 edges 6 faces)
• Smell checked (there should not be offensive smells)-S1
• Perform a rub test for printing and marking ; Adhesive test for coating if applicable-For rub test: The durability of the marking is checked by trying to remove it by rubbing lightly for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with water and, after drying, for a further 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit; if the spirit not available , use the 95% alcohol - After the test, the marking shall be legible, marking labels shall not be easily removable and they shall show no curling.
• For adhesive test: perform test on coating (painting/plating/ screen printing, etc) with 3M tape.-S2
• Perform quantity and assortment check in each package--S3
• Scan for UPC barcode label and master barcode
• Load performance test for Portable handle -S1（SIZE 455-535mm 18KGS ,560-610mm 20kgs, 635-710mm 22kgs, 735-785mm 28kgs, 840mm 30kgs.Select the weight according to the actual box size for testing)

• Test the vibration resistance of roller and tie rod-S1
• Pressure test of hard case-S1: 535-660mm->40KGS,685-835mm -> 60KGS。Duration: 4H
• Impact resistance or drop test test-S1
• Zipper pull strength test-S1
• Suture strength test-S1
• Box lock checked-S1
• The standing problem is the most important for this inspection. Empty must stand well and straight.
