The sandals inspection onsite will commonly check as per below lists:

Put your hands inside the shoe to check for proper counter shape, wrinkles, and a smooth surface in the lining area.

Heel flex test - check for excess movement or noise : refer to attached picture : S2
The heel flexibility should be at the right position, not too hard or too flexible and do not create noise, try to flex it 10 time.

Socks are all supposed to well-fixed to the inside shoes, and no gap between sock liner and tip/heel must be found – I

Function test of zips, buckles, trims, shoelaces, snaps, Velcro, buttons, etc. Colour, shape and size to be as per seal on 20 pcs PASSED
Wear test or fitting test:
Put on your size shoes with sock liners; lace it up to check if the shoe feels comfortable. Walk around ground to check the overall fitting. To check how it feels and any area hurts or uncomfortable? – randomly pick up one pair of your size
