In Vietnam, we offer product QC quality check inspection services onsite to various consumer products like: Garments, Apparels, Textile products, Soft Lines Products, Knitwears, Underwears, Undergarments, Gloves, Lady Dresses, Wedding Dress, Lingeries, Footwear, Toys, Furnitures etc.

For Quality Final Inspection of Soft Lines, the inspections will check:

• Measurements
• Stitches
• Fabric defects checking
• Customer's specs
• Color differences and shifting
• Stain, mould, odor and insects
• Packaging, labels and markings
• Rub test
• Foreign objects like broken pins, human hairs
• Special requirements & on-site testing
• Thread ends

Most of the Garment Pre-shipment inspections are Final Random Inspections, sometimes During Production Inspections when 30% of the finished products are completed.
