The general checklist for this line of products:

  • Perform a carton drop test on the export cartons:10 times(1 corner 3 edges 6 faces)-3cartons
  • Smell check-check if there are any strong offensive odor-II
  • For 3M Tape adhesive test: perform test on coating (painting/plating/ screen printing, etc) with 3M tape.-S2
  • Perform a rub test for printing and marking ; Adhesive test for coating if applicable-For rub test: The durability of the marking is checked by trying to remove it by rubbing lightly for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with water and, after drying, for a further 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit; if the spirit not available, use the 95% alcohol - After the test, the marking shall be legible, marking labels shall not be easily removable andthey shall show no curling.-S1
  • Colorfastness Test
    Use a piece of white fabric & rub the surface of product.After rubbing , no product color should leak on white fabric –S1 (when textile or seamed item)
  • Perform a barcode –scanning test The barcode should be scannable and have the correct number. (-S3)
  • Loading test
    For bag :Put about 10 KG in the bag ,make sure the bag，handle and buckledoes not break through the weight-S1
  • Pull testing (when textile or seamed item)-S1
  • Check the seam strength on each Part/pocket ,especially on the Handle or shoulder strap.-II
  • Count and record the number of stitches per inch-S1 (when textile or seamed item)
  • Perform assemble and function check(Must normal function and No sharp point &Edge) -S1
  • Perform a moisture content test on all wooden parts.-By check 3 points per pc and take the average date: (a+b+c)/3. The moisture content should be within 8-12%.-S3
  • Velcro test-II
  • Perform an application inspection-S1
  • Waterproof test-S1
