The third party quality control QC inspection for products such as powerbanks, lithium bateries, wireless charger, adaptors, power plugs, timepieces, alarm clocks, and watches in Dongguan, Shenzhen, Nanhai Foshan Guangdong China, will normally follow below procedures:

An onsite checklist for an pre-shipment inspection of a power bank as an example:

CHECK LIST COMMENTS RESULT
Perform a function test.  PASSED
All inspection procedures and specifications will according to client's requirement included: golden sample, packing requirement, Product specification, Inspection Protocol, Instruction manual, etc. II  PASSED
Perform quantity and assortment check for all component (S2) PASSED
Perform wobble test, put the unit on the flat surface ,the unit should not tip or wobble during the test. II PASSED

Perform battery charge test.--S1:
a. check the charge adaptor indicator should be light after connect the power and player.
b. check the battery indicate on the screen should be flash.
c. check the charge and discharge time of the battery and ensure the rated energy stored is correct.
d. check the lowest voltage for start operation and low voltage indicate and record on the report.
e. check the item can be charge with PC.

Perform a battery check:

/ Voltage / Polarity / Capacity check/ Voltage as per rating / Polarity as per specifications/Capacity to be checked by running charge and discharge test and record the related curves-S1

Perform an endurance test (life test) during the whole inspection period. S1 N/A
Internal performance check. --S1  PASSED
A. Take a clear photo for the marking for memory IC and Flash IC, battery marking. PASSED
B. check the soldering quality on the PCB, there are no soldering ball and soldering residue inside. FAILED
C. the live part distributing reasonable inside. FAILED
Check the current and power-S2 FAILED
