Barcode scanning for both bags and cartons.take picture of all carton and bag label ofproducts, two pcs for each item at least PASSED 
Both cartons and bags should have labels.Absent of a label will be considered as defect-level II PASSED 
Check the carton design refer to the attachment N/A 
Perform adhesive test on galvanization. Galv.coat should not come off. You can use stout knife to detect. 1 pcs per item FAILED
check that number of pieces that the carton label reads, corresponds to the actual number of pieces packed. – level II PASSED
Check that the SKU the carton label indicates, corresponds to the product inside – level II PASSED
Check that labels in cartons are placed right side up on the boxes. Please, take picture PASSED
Check for absence of fittings description debossed on the piece itself. For example,galvanized tee 1/2 inch must be embossed on the body (1/2). Lack of this should be considered as a defect. Level II PASSED
Assembly and fitting test 1pcs per item PASSED
Inspect the quality of the fittings thread. Please, use a galvanized plug with perfect thread for all references detailed refer to the attachment The screwing process must be smooth. Threads cannot be broken 1pc per item PASSED
Check that total quantity per SKU matches to the attachment PASSED
Check weights as per attached file (only for the items highlighted in yellow). Check 5 pcs per item and record the 5 result one by one. PASSED
Electric galvanized finish. Surface should have a homogeneous coat of galvanization. PASSED
Please, check that ALL boxes have the importer sticker refer to the attachment PASSED
Please, check pallet packing is as attached. PASSED
Please finished the measurement chart and sent it to us PASSED
Pls list all the carton number per PO which you have checked (for example "PO XXX:4.12 ... ) PASSED
