How to do on-site pre-shipment inspection for Cap, Hat?

There are many types of inspections can be named according to the production progress, the most common one is the Final Random Inspections, and you can also have:

For onsite testing points for caps and hats in quality inspections, we will do:

CHECK LIST COMMENTS RESULT
Fitting testing on all sample size On 5pcs PASSED
Function for zipper, Velcro belt, etc and well stitched On 5pcs PASSED
Check the strength of seaming and vercro belt PASSED
Check number of stitches pre inch. FAILED
1. Color shading check within the same piece: put the same color parts side by side and indentify the different dye lot. On 5pcs PASSED
2. Color shading check among all of the inspecterd pieces: place them side by side.   N/A

For 3M Tape adhesive test: perform test on coating (painting/plating/ screen printing, etc) with 3M tape.-S2(如果是五金烤漆，请执行百格测试) N/A
Check the seam strength on each Part/pocket ,especially on the Handle or shoulder strap.-II PASSED
Count and record the number of stitches per inch-S1 (when textile or seamed item)一寸多少针 PASSED
Smell check-check if there are any strong offensive odor-II PASSED
