ONSITE INSPECTION CHECK LIST COMMENTS RESULT
Perform a carton drop test on the export cartons:10 times(1 corner 3 edges 6 faces) PASSED
Check all the accessories with the item.-- II FAILED
Perform a strength check.-Test all connections using normal force.-II PASSED
Perform a rub test for printing and marking ; Adhesive test for coating if applicable-For rub test: The durability of the marking is checked by trying to remove it by rubbing lightly for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with water and, after drying, for a further 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit; if the spirit not available , use the 95% alcohol - After the test, the marking shall be legible, marking labels shall not be easily removable and they shall show no curling. PASSED
Perform a fatigue test on all adjustable parts.--S2 FAILED
For the LFC bags, all bags should have easy peel price label on the top right
(please try and peel the label off).试着可撕开不可有胶渍在盒子上并拍照（提交报告时将中文删除）		 PASSED
Scan for UPC barcode label and master barcode N/A
Perform quantity and assortment check in each package--S3 PASSED
For adhesive test: perform test on coating (painting/plating/ screen printing, etc) with 3M tape.-S2 PASSED
Perform a humidity test。 The sample should be taken: - On S3; - In at least 10 different cartons - Provide at least 1 picture for each measurement point position (to show where the test was done = 3 pictures totaly)-Check the humidity for wood: check 3 points(a, b and c) per unit- For wooden items, the humidity tolerance for April to October: 12% Max -II PASSED
Check PAPER WEIGHT(GSM)
Pick 1 sample and cut 10cm x 10cm square and weigh the paper?
For example: 250gsm board should weight 2.5g		 N/A
Check the all label position is correct for all Item PASSED
