The preshipment inspections of tableware are very important to make sure all safety requirements, PO stipulations, production specifications are met. The quality checks will mostly follow below methods:

The checklist for onsite quality inspection test will be like below:

| Hand washing test -- --Wash the product with cotton fabric in cold water of room temperature (about 20--35degree) and hot water of tempertature (about 80 -- 90 degree) -- During washing, dip product into the water and wiping the whole surface of the product -No color should be removed from the item’s surface during the test and no printing, markings or paint should fade.-3 pcs | N/A | |
